Making the most of your attendance at TBTC

Arrival: With around 60 exhibitors to meet, we recommend delegates arrive early each day to capitalise on networking opportunities.  The hotel is close to Southwark (Jubilee), London Blackfriars (south exit), Waterloo East, Waterloo and London Bridge (10 minute walk or short cab).  Note there is no parking at the venue.

On arrival delegates will be offered a reusable hot drinks cup courtesy of Airport Parking & Hotels (stand 26) and a water bottle courtesy of South Western Railway (stand 30) which you can use at the event or save for future use.

Appointment Service: Delegates will be asked on registration if they which to opt in to this and then will be able to book appointments direct with exhibitors maximising their time at the event.

Drinks and canape reception - We will finish the first day (Tuesday) with a two hour reception in the exhibition zone including complimentary drinks, canapes and entertainment leaving the evening free for delegates to take advantage of the opportunity for a night in London or a quiet night in with room service ready to face day two!

Hotel accommodation: We have a small allocation of rooms at The Hilton and early booking delegates will be sent details of how to book.

Meetings zone:  We have an area with comfortable seating and tables and chairs in the exhibition zone.  This area also features complimentary massages and manicures courtesy of TBTC along with our infamous Pick and Mix sweet stand courtesy of The Business Travel Magazine.

Scanners:  By consenting to have your badge scanned by exhibitors at TBTC this will share your basic contact information with them in the same way handing over a business card does.

Silent Conference sessions:  All educational sessions are done utilising Silent Conference technology so each attendee will be offered a set of sterilised headphones/power pack on arrival so you can listen in to sesssions anywhere in the event.  Delegates can also choose to use their own headphones (not wireless, need a jack to plug in to power pack). .  View the full conference programme here

Speakers Corner: is in the Meetings Zone.  Our speakers will retire to this area after each session giving the delegates the opportunity to chat to them privately and ask further advice.
